How our Service System Works

1) Fill out our Service & Repair form to the best of your knowledge. Most questions can be skipped if you do not know the answer.

When you are done with the questionnaire, click the add to service request list button. You can then submit the form to finalize it by adding your address information, which comes last. Or, you can click add another watch to submit the form again for any number of additional watches.

2) Complete checkout to submit your service request. No payment info is required. You will be e-mailed a reference number.

3) Print your e-mail with the reference number, or write down the reference number on a piece of paper. Include this in the package.

Write the reference number on the outside of the package.

4) Using a bubble mailer, mail the watch(es) to us. Please do not include the gift box, and refrain from using excessive tape. We will appreciate this greatly, as your repair is easier to process this way, and will cost less to send to us.

Once the watch is received, your watch stays with us for a period of up to one month in a secure queue. If you require your watch back by a certain date, please give our office a call before sending in your watch(es).

6) When evaluation is complete you will be e-mailed a quotation. This is the price for the service. By paying the price listed, you give us authorization to proceed with the servicing.

You may either enter your card information and pay immediately, or you can call our office to provide your card details. Your card processed directly by the terminal, through an encrypted pathway. We do not save your card information on file, except for the last four digits. This information is saved in case we need to verify what card was charged in case of a dispute.

7) Once payment is received, the watch will be serviced and shipped to you, generally within two business days. Serviced watches are returned with insurance and tracking, with the exception of some types of international deliveries.
