Sending Preparation
Send us the watch(es) only once your repair form is complete. We would suggest you:
- send the watch without the gift box
- wrap the watch with saran or plastic wrap
- use a bubble mailer
- use a mail service that includes tracking and insurance
We cannot be held responsible for items sent to us that are lost in the mail without insurance.
For International customers, we recommend that you:
- mark your parcel as "Product for repair only, return to manufacturer. No commercial value. Value is for customs purposes only"
to avoid paying custom fees or duties.
If we are charged any customs or brokerage fees to accept your shipment, we will pass on these costs to you.
